Introduction – Entry behaviour

· This section will introduce the course in an easy way, through quizzes related to the different aspect of etiquette such as: mindset, food, beverage, service as well as the usiness protocol

Communication

You will learn the rules of written communication through

· Written communication (E-mail protocol, E-filing, Facsimile, letters and Memorandum)

· Verbal communication (telephone protocol, business meeting protocol and internal meeting protocol)

· Non-verbal communication (body language, facial expression, gesture, hand signal, material possession and action)

Executive dress code

This section will teach you the do’s and don’ts of the business dress code, along with the understanding of ethnic attire in specific occasions and many more tips to help you master your image.

Dining protocol

You will go through the diversity in practice of the dining protocol, from business lunches to cocktails and Gala dinners.

Cross cultural training

What are the rules in China compared to North America? You will get to appreciate the differences and learn how to jungle with the different protocols

VIP protocol

This will give you the tools to confident meetings and gathering with important ranks in Europe, such as royalties or Head of States, and distinguish the practices with different religious and military rank worldwide.
